Give us the specifics of the professional positions that you are trying to fill. We will do all the advertising, cold-calling, resume collecting, pre-interviewing and pre-screening of the applicants for your position and only forward you the best candidates for your positions.
Rates (Service prices based on length of employee commitment-prices are less then what you as an employer pay in FICA/FUTA employment taxes)
Seasonal positions 3.75% of their monthly salary + compensation payable after completion of their first 30 days.
Year-round positions 7.5% of total annually salary+ benefits payable after completion of new hires first 60 days.
Follow-up $45.00/hr for follow-up with the employer/employee to ensure it is a productive fit.

Professional/Year-Round Positions:
Fill your professional, year-round resort positions with qualified talent sourced and pre-interviewed and pre-screened by our professional recruiting staff. We know the challenges of working in resort locations and we know how to identify those applicants that have the talents, flexibility and qualifications to help you run your resort located business.
YR Salary $50,000+
7.5% of total annually salary + benefits payable after completion of the new hire's first 30 days.
YR Salary $49,900-
5% of total annually salary + benefits payable after completion of the new hire's first 30 days.
