Headhunting Services
Give us the specifics of the professional positions that you are trying to fill. We will do all the advertising, cold-calling, resume collecting, pre-interviewing and pre-screening of the applicants for your position and only forward you the best candidates for your positions.
Rates (Service prices based on length of employee commitment-prices are less then what you as an employer pay in FICA/FUTA employment taxes)
Seasonal positions 3.75% of their monthly salary + compensation
payable after completion of their first 30 days.
Year-round positions 7.5% of total annually salary+ benefits payable after

Follow-up $45.00/hr for follow-up with the employer/employee to
ensure it is a productive fit.
